At the training center of the Magdeburg WMU Vocational Education Group, the study group conducted specialized learning and discussions on the overview of German dual system vocational education, teaching models, educational concepts, teaching methods, and course design. The focus was on understanding the curriculum structure, teaching reform strategies, syllabi development, and principles of textbook development under the integrated rehabilitation nursing specialty in the German dual system model. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges about setting teaching objectives for the rehabilitation nursing specialty and classroom design methods and case studies.

In the Rhine Academy for Nursing and Health, the study team detailed their learning experience on talent training models, faculty development, school-enterprise cooperation models, and digitalization of teaching management in the field of rehabilitation nursing. Special attention was given to the operation of the Position-course-certificate integration mechanism. They participated in an onsite observation and learning activity at the collaboration institution with the Rhine Academy for Nursing and Health - Leverkusen AWO Elderly Care Center, where they engaged in deep communication with the center's head.

Through this Study Mission, the study team broadened their international perspective and teaching philosophy in integrated rehabilitation nursing. They gained a detailed understanding of the dual system course structure, teaching content, and methods in Germany's integrated rehabilitation nursing specialty. Next steps involve organizing a sharing meeting to discuss learning outcomes and integrating relevant content and experiences learned in Germany into the college's professional teaching to enhance teaching quality and talent development processes further.
