ZZRVTC attaches great significance to this work, guiding the School of Electrical Engineering to establish a curriculum development and teaching implementation team led by Mr. Liu Guanghui for collective discussions and lesson planning. The content of the training course was tailored to the actual situation of the contact network of the 10th Ramadan Railway Project and the diverse learning conditions of the trainees. The team organized everyone to carefully study the various types of standards issued by the China Railway in order to ensure the accuracy of the English expression of contact network terminology. Building on this foundation, they consulted European national standards and Siemens technical standards, selecting authoritative and professional bilingual dictionaries to enhance the relevance and universality of the language. This approach received recognition from both Chinese experts and Egyptian trainees.

In recent years, our teaching team in railway power supply technology has actively responded to the Belt and Road Initiative, implementing teaching with output, school, and enterprise counterparts. The influence of internationalized school operations has continuously improved, contributing significantly to the national strategy of China Railway going global.

The 10thRamadan Railway Project is a major achievement in the pragmatic cooperation between China and Egypt under the Belt and Road Initiative, constructed by the China Railway-AVIC International Joint Venture. As the first electrified railway project in Egypt, it includes 12 stations, one vehicle depot, two traction substations, and boasts a maximum speed of 120 km/h. Located in the eastern part of Cairo, it serves as an important link connecting downtown Cairo with the new administrative capital, the 10thof Ramadan City, and satellite cities along the eastern part of the city, covering a total length of approximately 70 kilometers.
